Great place for fast snack, takeout coffee.Line up can be ridiculous, yet they provide fast service. Courteous staff and great team work. Coffee wasn’t that special but good enough to boost energy. Location: center of tourism arena. There’s a terrace, no washroom in the store because there’s a public one just next door. Warm and cool decoration.

Excellent coffee and they also have good tea too!

Food & Drinks: Delicious freshly baked goods and tasty coffee & smoothies.Service: The woman who took my order was patient and spoke English. However, the barista was rude. I asked for a mug (not a paper cup) but they didn't have any clean ones. As she was starting my order, her colleague brought a large tray of clean mugs. When I asked for a mug, she replied 'I am not making it again' and poured the espresso into a mug (spilling down the edges) then placing the foam on top.The Batista's reaction was disappointing seeing that it was a reasonable request and the rest of the experience was beautiful.

Took my mother-in-law to Quebec City for the first time and this was our first meal here. Absolutely the best croissants, and the best Chai Latté I’ve ever had! Service is lovely, lots of variety, and a lovely spot to sit and watch people go by.

Good house coffee. Can't comment on the fancy frilly things but the normal coffee is very good and reasonably priced.

A guy named Ben, so nice and kind. You will enjoy your time here. Have fun.

Great place for a coffee, tea or cappuccino, delicious bread rolls, croissants and warm dishes like wraps or pizzas.I liked it though it was hard for me to communicate as the staff didn't speak English and my French isn't that good for remembering every word that was necessary.

Wonderful small cafe serving sandwiches, wraps and many wonderful desserts. The coffee was excellent and the service friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Cool little place inside old quebec city lower.

Spectacular espresso drinks. Smooth lightly roasted and vegetal notes throughout. Check this place out the next you're in Quebec City.

It's good coffee, slightly on the expensive side and they really don't have enough chairs for the number of tables inside. With all the tourists it is usually really crowded

Small place and coffee is excellent. Snow and wind outside...it feels good to rest inside.

Great coffee!!! Lovely place to stop for a quick continental breakfast.

I visited yesterday morning for breakfast. The location is fantastic in Old Quebec city, the cafe is inviting and everything on display looked great. The service at the counter was prompt and courteous. However, the almond croissant I had appeared not to be baked that same day, it was chewy, I was disappointed :( I did take an apple pie to go and had it later. It was not bad, but I would say it was just average.

A French Coffee and desert,Bakery items shop right in the middle of Place Royale and very near to Notre-Dame-des-Victorie and in the Square.Due to summer outside seating is good though small.Heavy rush of tourists for coffee,croissant,cake/pastry,ice creams etc.Good service but may take some time due to rush.Very good place and outside seating -sip a coffee and ponder over. Nice place.

Great coffee. Great desserts and light lunch choices. Unbeatable location. I go there every time I'm in Quebec City. Apple pie last week was outstanding.

Another neighborhood fave. It is on the pricey side, but I know they treat their staff incredibly well, so for me...I'm happy to support a small business that gives back to it's employees. My son's favorite too!

I visited this cafe to work during the day while my spouse was at work. We don't have internet where we were staying, so I worked here most of the day. Staff were so friendly and the atmosphere great. Great food and drinks. Highly recommend. Prices are very reasonable.

Great quality coffee, baking goods. Friendly service with a smile. We liked this location the best as the area is lovely. Bought a few wraps for the road trip and enjoyed them a lot. Everything we got there, we ate, and I can't say it about many places.

fantastic breakfast as you would expect, the space was cozy and the staff was amazing. finally I still can't got over the price of our meal I would go as far as to say it felt cheep but again the food was exceptional

In such a fab location such adequate food. Must have had day old pasteries. Busy time but that’s when the best places shine. Pleasant company kept us there but food and coffee underwhelming.

We were recommended by a bartender if we wanted a good coffee, so glad we did, have to say the cappuccino was excellent, would highly recommend

We had coffee and cake, coffee was warm. Nice place but kind of pricey.

The service was really good and the house brew coffee was a lifesaver on a cold winter day, but I would not recommend the croissant. It did not taste fresh and the texture was rubbery and tough. Nonetheless, the prices are very reasonable and a good place to stop for a quick bite before continuing your walk in the area.

Yummy quiche! And I can’t stop thinking about those macarons!

Nice place to stop for a latte and croissant. The coffees were made with an artistic flair and the croissants were flakey, buttery and quite large. Outside seating area is small and looks out onto a small square. Enjoyed!

Great variety of coffee and a remarkable location. Loved itMake sure you try the Canadiana coffee and the Maple syrup bread pudding
Daniel De Leo
Good coffee (but not 5 stars worthy), friendly staff.Updated to respond to kind owner requesting feedback :)I didn't taste much coffee flavor in my cappuccino and it may been because they used a split spout porta filter to pour two cappuccinos at once so it ended up being a single shot in each. I'm used to shops pulling the entire shot (double) for one cappuccino.

We loved the place. There are good options for a snack, for a coffee. I’ve tried Smith’s croissant that comes with ham, cheese and veggies. My husband had a croque monsieur that was delicious as mine croissant. About coffee we had cappuccino and cafe late, both were perfect! There are also many kinds of deserts as macaroons, sweet croissants and gelatos (ice cream). Enjoy!

Super lattes, sandwiches and other great food in a gorgeous setting of Vieux Quebec, with a super friendly and warm staff!

Always a good place to enjoy a break and a fabulous cappuccino, with an almond croissant!
Andy Moon
Had the veggie wrap and coffee. Both tasted so good. Coffee was so we'll made that it didn't need sugar or milk

Came here around Christmas time. Loved every second of it! Very cozy with a stunning view of the Notre Dame church and square. Only had a chocolate croissant (thumbs up) so I can't attest to the rest of their offerings..but I'm willing to bet they're just as good!

The cappuccino was delicious and the macarons yummy - I tried creme brûlée, cherry, lime, chai latte. The creme brûlée macaron was the best! Hubby got the gelato which was also good. Perfect spot for a coffee and cookies. However, it can get quite busy as it’s in the heart of old Quebec.
